Important: The Software does not provide final diagnoses, medical treatments, or emergency care. Any health-related decisions should be made by a licensed medical professional.

2. Software Functionalities

HealthFlo integrates advanced AI models to perform the following clinical support functions:

  • Clinical Documentation: Real-time transcription of doctor-patient conversations and automated clinical note generation
  • Diagnostic Support: AI-driven analysis of patient data to suggest potential conditions and support preliminary assessments
  • Treatment Planning: Evidence-based treatment recommendations and personalized care plan creation
  • Patient Management: Comprehensive patient flow management, scheduling, and care coordination
  • Multi-language Support: Communication tools in Hindi, Marathi, and 20+ regional languages

This software is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Medical practitioners are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any software-generated outputs before making medical decisions.

7. Disclaimers

HealthFlo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee that the information provided will always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation.

We are not responsible for medical decisions made based on software outputs, errors or omissions in AI suggestions, or delays/interruptions in access to the software. Healthcare providers are solely responsible for all clinical decisions and patient communications.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HealthFlo Technologies Pvt. Ltd., including its affiliates, directors, employees, licensors, agents, and partners, shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of HealthFlo.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated on our website or through the software. Your continued use of HealthFlo after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
