We are not responsible for medical decisions made based on software outputs, errors or omissions in AI suggestions, or delays/interruptions in access to the software. Healthcare providers are solely responsible for all clinical decisions and patient communications.

Ltd., including its affiliates, directors, employees, licensors, agents, and partners, shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of HealthFlo.
